    Someone please explain the chain here.

    I watched the Cradle of Filth vid a couple of times. Stop / start and googled this. What's going on here?

    It appears as though they are playing thru the Harley Benton cab.

    Where's the power amp?
    They have cab sim in front of the cab?
    The they don't use a tube screamer in front 005 preamp?

    So it's like;
    Guitar >> 005 >> Radar >> Cab
    That doesn't seem right.

    It's already some time that I've seen that video but don't they just use the cab as a table? :lol:
    Meaning guitar -> 005 -> Radar -> audio interface -> monitors

    That is tidy as fuck. So much room left on the board as well.

    Ohhhhhh, thanks!

    I definitely get it for a touring rig.

    :agreed:

    Get a compact multi-FX like the Zoom Multistomp or L6 M5.

    Cradle of Filth sounded great. In that it's that Arch Enemy sound I've wanted for a while but my amps don't sound solid-statey and industrial enough. Will definitely be checking out that fifty fifty pedal.

    I can’t help but think the people at Fractal/Kemper/Line6 should be concerned, and gearing up for a competitive “mini rig” product. Fractal put out the AX8, but of course this Mooer stuff is a whole new level. I wonder if a fair share of their Axe FX/Toaster/Helix market is about to get swallowed by these micro modellers.

    Mooer is Chinese-based, so in the US I don't think they'll pose too much of a threat to "The Big 3". In fact, there's already a US-based company providing a "value version" of high end modeling - Atomic Amps and their Amplifire platform. About price competitive with Mooer's GE200 too (Well, at least their tiny AmplifireBox is). I don't think any competitors are quaking in their boots. Yet.

    It would be cool to have boss sized axe fx pedal. How would it work though? What features would it have? Is it even possible?

    I'd be happy with a few high gain amp models, the IR, reverb and delay

    The thing with Atomic is I don't even know how I could buy their products. The Amplifire Box for example is only available on their US store. Their international store didn't sell it last time I checked.
    So product might be good but distribution what does it help if I don't know how to buy it -yet alone try it before buying- and Mooer products are readily available to try in pretty much every store?

    What I personally would love and think the market is missing would be high quality modelling with the simple user interface of lets say a Mooer Black Truck. Like where via software you could load an overdrive, amp, modulation effect etc. and then the parameter values are exactly where you have your physical knobs set to. That's kind of my dream because as much as I like modelling I don't like the editing, even on the Helix. The Amplifire Box is actually close to what I'd like but then you have the situation where you change preset and your parameter values are something totally different than what the knobs are set to. Hope it's understandable what I mean.

    Don't know where you are, but doesn't Atomic Amps have a distribution deal with Anderton's for both in-store and online? Anyway, my perspective will obviously be US-centric, but Mooer has more than a few things going against them here. It's the mirror of your experience where you can't get support, they aren't available in any store, and you just have to take a blind risk on an online purchase.

    I dont think so. Most people who want modelers aren't wanting something that only does one sound. MAYBE if the GE300 had amazing modeling, but I don't think single little pedals would do that.

    The Zoom G3n or G5 is closer in that direction. I usually find their stuff pretty good for the price.

    The Zoom MS-50G is about the closest thing I can think of like that.
