22 bids, 3200 and counting. Whether we like it or not, he's doing it as fair as can be done and the market has spoken. Someone with more money than sense is going to get a hell of a guitar though!

Hit $5k. This is frikkin' absurdity. Though I do regret letting mine go for ~$2300, but that's about fair for the guitar IMO.

Does this mean no-one is ever going to sell their BM for under 5000 again.

Man, I nearly bought one of these from Doug back in like 2004 for £1800. I bought a Les Paul Custom instead.

Still, I do love my LPC..!

    I like the bid history.

1 user bumped it 9 times (consecutively) to bring it from $3327 to $5000. I guess Zack has his friends bidding to drive the price up?

EDIT: Looks like he got a new comforter/blanket to take pictures on too.

I don't think that's Zack. His ID is Skicom or something.

That amazing thing is that there's still more than 5 days left in this auction.

The silly thing is that it's a B6, ostensibly the closest thing you'll ever get to a "Budget" Blackmachine.

Oh, I saw a neck-through Strandberg for $7000 in this user's completed listings. Just assumed it was Zack. Though I suppose, compared to Zack, $7000 is down right reasonable.

Has BM gotten so popular that people will just throw money at the name without doing a bit of research. A few minutes of searching Facebook and you could see that these are readily available new every few months and for much less.

Same happened with the B2 scam listing on ebay over the summer which I had sabotage to stop someone from getting scammed nearly £4k+. 7 people were in a bidding war up to £3k+ on it. The user had no feedback and 5 minutes on goggle would show the guitar on ebay was several thousand miles and owners away from the sellers address.
