My dream is to someday own a peavey 3620 cab (2x18-2x10 cab) to use with guitar!
I doubt ill ever see one in person and obviously wont be shipping it lol. Got me thinking about building one myself. Would be cool to load it with neodymium 18" speakers if they exist. Anyone have any info/experience?

    Well, okay.

First, the 3620 is a bass cab, not a guitar cab. Not that you can't use it with guitar, but it is designed for voicing that works best with bass. Therefore, the 18" black widows in it are bass guitar speakers, not guitar speakers, so I'm not really sure what your question means, in terms of finding 18" guitar speakers.

18" speakers, generally, are voiced for PA systems. Rarely, you might find one that works particularly well with bass guitar. I've never seen an 18" speaker voiced for guitar.

But why not try an 18" NdFeB PA speaker?

I love 12" NdFeB guitar speakers (I use Eminence) - I've tried NdFeB 18" PA speakers with PA systems, but never with guitar. I think it's worth a shot.
