    Hello guys.

Wasn´t sure if post it here, but i´m getting errors when trying to sign up in Peavey forums.

I got a used Peavey 6505 and the spring reverv make sound if i move it when is off.
I`m just not sure if it´s normal for it to make that noise even with the smallest movement.

Here is a video i took:

    Thanks!

Yeah that happens with any spring reverb. It is 3 springs in the tank that can rattle around when jarred. If it really bothers you, and you don't use it; you can unplug it so that it won't amplify. You can unscrew the reverb tank completely and remove it too.
I recently played a festival show with a creaky stage; and the spring reverb in my Fender amp was doing it every time someone moved practically. I ended up placing a blanket under it to dampen the movement with pretty good success.
