    Sweet looking! Love the colours.

Care to explain why the refret and re-radius?
    How does it play?
    Clips for the custom pups?

Originally i leveled the frets myself and it played great however i refretted my agile with stainless steel frets and couldnt resist. The reradius wasnt necessary but i was like fuck it why not. I believe it came with a 14" radius. I also ordered the neck unfinished aa in no clear coat or sanding sealer etc so i could reshape the neck after which i sanded to 12000 grit aka it plays ridiculously well. I cant do clips of the pickups myself as i broke my right hand monday :/ ill see if i can get a friend to record something for you guys

Honestly the modz done to this guitar were 50% unnecessary as the original frets and radius were fine enough to level and set and move on. The stock pickups werent bad either but were unpotted so i didnt bother salvadging them. Reshaping the necks are a must unless you like fat ass necks!

How many dollarydoos did this set you back? Wouldn't mind picking one up if they actually play well out of the box (instead of me having to take a plank to my tech hehe)

You guys are this close to summoning the three killjoy posters who contribute nothing but shame to fakemachine threads.

That said, it and the described specs are beautiful.

I remember there was one dude with a total dud of a Fakemachine and he just wouldn't believe it even though his photos backed up all the problems that were pointed out...

This on the other hand, looks quite nice! I especially like the last shot of the rear bevels and neck.

    $360 guitar
    $140 pickups
    $450 refret with pickup install

Pretty steep but i hate wiring guitars so i didnt do that and well stainless steel frets aint cheap. All in all i think the specs are worth it, considering the playability and sound this guitar has but if i were to order it again (which i would) i would order a more unique guitar shape and headstock

How do you feel about the fact that there is no way to predict how thick and where the truss rod is? Ibanez, for example, uses custom extra thin truss roads the super thin necks. What thickness did you get it to, and how stable is it?

Glad you asked, well the information i used was that you need at least 4mm of material at least around the trussrod, so i measured the thicnkess of the neck, then the depth of the fretboard and trussrod cavity and then figured out how far i could go. I took my neck down to about 20-20.5mm at the first fret (with the reradius which takes material off). Very comfortable and so far very stable
