Seeing a thread about the evaluation model, I guess not many people like it, I do, thoughts?

Looks all kinds of wonky. Not sure that the Les Paul shape nor the classic aesthetic works with the fan frets (a fairly extreme fan at that). It's all about the angles it adds to the guitar (from the bridge, pickups rings, inlays, etc., not just the frets), seeing as it detracts from the curves that make the Les Paul shape appealing.

Looks like a train wreck, if I'm being honest! Design mayhem.

I'd be into a fanned tele.

I wonder if they trim the nut at the corners to be flush with the neck

A more modern singlecut style body would work better for that fan.

looks interesting, but I dont think the LP shape works with FF

but, good one them to fan the pickups, and for having the headstock reshaped to fit the nut angle and not having a "square" fretboard with an extra triangle behind the nut

so 2 gold stars for them :)

Give it a less radical fan, multiscale-specific pickups and string-through ferrules and it'd be fine. (Except for the AL headstock which is still one of the worst ever designed)

Pretty ridiculous scale length for a 6 string.

Still looks goofy, but it's a good price if one wants to try fanned frets. A bit of an extreme fan though, isn't it? Looks like it might be weird to play.

The pickups are exactly my main complaint, though, the covered part of the pickup is not under all of the strings.

Other than that, I think it's great.

I didn't even notice that. You have a pole on each humbucker that isn't under a string at all.

I didn't realise Salvador Dali was designing guitars these days, I wonder if he'll do a fanned 335 next

Not the fanned frets, but the tilted pickups sure remind me of a Michael Stevens LJ. Obviously a different stratosphere price-wise and different audience, but really the only other time I can think of seeing that on an LP-inspired model.

Looks bizarre but I'd rock that Agile. Probably would want a different color.

Same, although that color's fine for me, I'd love it in any blue.
