Can't really find any fault except the trem which is apparently a Korean made version of the OFR. Might not be quite as high quality or long term durable.

Actually this is the point. I am not a big fan of FR... I would not give lot of abuse but I am afraid it will not long that much.

Just be careful with that headstock. Look at horror stories of the COW sig. :2c:

Used Jackson's with that kind of headstock have often worn out nut slots because of string angle, but don't know if that's the case with floyd rose and locking nut in long term use. Those are made in Indonesia, right?

    I found this one
    http://theguitarweasel.blogspot.de/2012/02/fixing-jackson-christian-olde-wolbers.html .Interesting and scary.

Yes, I think so, at least the Sl2Q is MII, so I would say this model also. Around 1.2€ for a MII with no case/bag it is a little bit too much in my opinion

Jackson has some Dinky models with a hipshot bridge but it is of course bolt on and not neckthrough. Not with the Alien burst but other really nice finish options. Or you can block the trem if you get it.

I've got the same guitar in blue. Love it. Great guitar. The Made in Indonesia thing worried me but I took a chance. Love the oiled neck. I don't really use the floyd either, and really just haven't gotten around to blocking it yet.

Mine is the 6 string version though.

I have 3 of the six string versions (different tunings) and they are solid guitars. On par with the LTD deluxe Korea stuff and light years better than the Ibanez premium I payed a few years ago.

I've had one. It's made to German Floyd specs. It was fine. The arm holder sucks, but that's easy to replace.
