slash was my favorite, though the deathbucker sounded pretty good.

The deathbucker sounds like the lowest output which seems strange ,
I have a deathbed and it is loud !

I actually liked the burstbuckers best, followed by the Slash set, followed by the Hets, followed by the deathbuckers. None of them were terrible, and the first three in my list all sounded pretty good.

Full disclosure: I own a Les Paul with burstbuckers, I like that guitar, and the familiarity may have led me to like it most.
