Hey I was thinking about getting a 4x12/1x15 Omega cab. I was wondering how you like it. Think they compare to mesa and orange 4x12's ? and what speakers you decided to go with.

      Thanks

Hey man, sorry I just saw this so I know you've probably long made the decision since. If you are still contemplating an Omega, I'd highly recommend them. Mike puts a lot of thought and care into his cabs, and the attention to detail that he puts into them really separates them from commercial cabs like the Mesas or the Oranges.

I've always gone to Mike with a sound in mind and let him do the speaker selection, as he knows a lot more than I do. Now that he's making more standard line cabs, you may have to go sort of custom if you want a crazy speaker combo, but it'd be worth to hear his two cents before making a finalized decision on your own.
