Well, I hope he didn't say something like "WOW THAT GUY IS A HUGE FUCKING DICK." HA!

Once we/I finish everything when he gets back, I'm gonna upload the three songs we've been working on to a Bandcamp page, and then I believe we'll launch everything then!
      I'm stoked!

It'd sound amazing if I had time to figure out the equipment I'm going to be using. I'm getting a whole new rig once I get back to the states. Not only that, but I need to play more. I haven't played much lately.

sugar tits. some band in Jax is going to be in the battle of the bands that is opening for Born of Osiris is interested in me playing lead for them. As soon as I pull out of Turkey, I'm doing three things, checking out of the ship for separation, moving my stuff to be prepared, and playing fucking guitar all day.

Yea. My post was referring to regular rg shape

Yea but from what I hear the rga7 is made of a lower quality mahogany and the pickups aren't too great

i know plenty of people that hate the way periphery sounds lol, and wont listen to them just cause the insane amounts of compression they use on the guitars
    15. schecter4life
      schecter4life
oh, not to mention i used a squier strat to record that mix, with a homemade rewound pickup, and not some badass multi hundred/thousand dollar guitar with outrageously expensive pups
    16. schecter4life
      schecter4life
well when someone that has apparently hung out with the guys from periphery tells me my mix is crappy, and its gonna stay that way till i get monitors, when im already using monitors, its a little upsetting and kinda makes it seem pointless to keep going
    17. schecter4life
      schecter4life
you took what i said wrong...oh wait, i didnt even say anything...you do realise that i do have studio monitors right? and that was the FIRST mix i have EVER done right? and you realise A LOT of people use a sub with their monitors right? guess not

fuuuuck, I just spent $4060 on a new rig, I'm not even done yet, and I haven't sold my current rig. I'm trying to get this dude to buy the whole rack system I've currently got for $1200 rather than what it costs new ($1520). He doesn't want the Orange PPC412-C cabinet, so I'll need to find someone who wants to buy that one, but he wants my schecter damien 6 as well, so that brings him up to $1500 and he wants to do a payment plan. Which is fine, but he needs to get started already haha. once he does, I can get the furman AR-1215 and decide what speaker to go with, and I'd really like to go with a Mackie HD1531. I gotta sell the cab before I get that though.

I don't think that we ever thought of it as the equivalent of music, as the end-goal was to buy more in-game slut clothes-- schecterwhore on rock band

Im a super chill mellow ambient slut. --7 STRINGS OF HATE
