I love the RootBeer Jems!! The only thing that I don't like is the old grip.

the RB without a doubt, it owns all other jems i have owned, altho there is a really tasty PMC a friend has thats equally an awesome player.
UV is my current Pwh refin it's such an easy guitar to play, i guess after that my old rg7/uv necked custom. however, i have hardly put the RB down in the last 2 days, and i always grab it first, so i think it's my new player the Master is now officially a back-up

And to be fair, the master is an awesome guitar, so it being deffered as aback up must mean the RB is amazing.
Rob, you're not helping me resisting a neon jem...

PINK PINK PINK :P
Seriously tho, the Master is an awesome player, and has great feel, but the RB, man it just fucking sounds, it's just, erm, i dunno how to say it. Bang On! i was stoked to be getting it, but it's just excelled, Rich said it sounded good he wasn't wrong, i know you'd love it. so what colour you going for? and Vine or Pyramids? |

Ah, always wanted the DY, maple board, pyramids. Vine is gay
The pink one, however, is woefully vomit inducing, and is kind of also beckoning. I'd have to put some horrid coloured pickups in it though... But, none of this happens without me moving a ton of gear first!

:lmao:Have to agree on the coloured vines tho, the pink and yellow with pyramids have always looked classy, plus there's the LNG PMC next on my shopping list, so i'll be listing a shit load of stuff in the coming months |

Congrats on the RB......This thread is really not helping my already bad GAS for another jem!
7dyingtrees - DY with pyramids is my current target too but anything neon would probably help ease the pain... |

Love the RB Jems. Personally, i would've left the mirror guard on there, but that's just cause those are my favorite pickguards. Looks great though!!!

The only thing I would change on the RB is the old style grip, so I made this:
