how much would a Prestige neck + old RG hardtail body run?

From what I have seen, when a prestige neck hits eBay, it usually goes for quite a bit. $250 to $300ish. Granted I haven't seen any latey but I would imagine that it hasn't changed much. So it's could possibly be somewhere around $500-$600 once all the hardware and electronics are bought. So that could be an option.

btw, let me add another petty reason I prefer the newer prestige necks... I hate the "swoosh" mark.

I dont know about you but I've always thought the PGM 90th was one of the most beautiful 6-string guitars that Ibanez has ever made, even with those f holes.

Oh man, I got to play a brand new PGM 90th once, and it was all around one of the most stunning guitars I had ever laid my hands or eyes on.

As far as I know the RGAs are the only Prestige 6 string hardtails Ibanez has made.

(Though it is a neautiful guitar) More importantly, they're not easily available.

I remember USRG's. Saw one at GC not too long ago. Of course, it was mismarked as an RG550, even though it looked nothing like an RG550. It wasn't too much money, either.

Maybe you could get lucky and find one of those?
