The Adrian Belew signature model Parker

Don't know if this has been discussed here yet.

Pretty sweet specs:
-Enhanced Tremelo Action (extended range)
-RMC Guitar Synth Access/RMC Poly-Drive I Board
-Variax Modeling/12-Way Rotary Selector (10+2)
-Sustainiac Sustainer/Stealth Plus (Neck PUP when Sustainer is OFF)
-Dimarzio Humbucker (Bridge)
-Bridge Piezo pups
-13-pin GK-Style connector
-1/4" Magnetic pup output

And the price for all this...
I heard it'll be somewhere around the everyday low price of $7K.

It has Synth out AND a Variax? And a sustainer!? WTF!

If that was a 7, and a different color, holy crap... that would be the most invincible guitar ever.

(Odd. I was just thinking about transposing the Variax guts into another guitar. Not if it could be done - I know that. I've seen it lots of times on the net. More along the lines of it would be cool toseriously do, maybe try with a 7.)

I saw it done to a EBMM JP6. That got the old gears turning.

Tell me about it!

I THINK it's conceivably possible to do it with a 7. I'd have to see the guts to get a better idea, and really, test it with the software it runs.
