What Ibanez is this?

It looks awesome!!

I found it in my favorite music store yesterday. Why and when did Ibanez make these?

Its the puzzle guitar. Like a limited edition or something I think. There were a couple different versions I think also. I remember seeing a transparent red finished one too.

I believe they introduced those in 2007. They indeed called them the puzzle guitars. My friends dad has the transparent red one and it is pretty amazing.

Yeah, they made startes makeing these in 2007 i think, why they made them? Well thats a bit of a 'puzzle'.

That's one Ibanez that I really like. I'd love to have one, but they sell for a good bit on eBay.

When I got it in 2006, it cost me $1500. There was also a 3rd version only in Japan which looked like alternate mahogany puzzle pieces. The one shown above is the one I got and pics of that and my other 18 Ibanezes are in the gear thread.
