BTW..thanks JJ. But yeah, Halo specializes in making the worst guitars I've EVER seen in my life. There's only a couple models they have that are remotely interesting, everything else looks like something something you'd see in the Walmart toy section for kids who want to play KISS for Halloween

I really hope Halo can turn it all around in Texas. It is always good to see more stuff made in the USA. Not a fan of this guitar body, but like what was stated before, it is a custom.

Definitely not for me.

BUT!

It may do the trick for others. I'm not going to slam a company just because they're purposefully going for a niche market. More power to 'em. In my opinion, it's better than making the same two or three guitars over and over again, with absolutely no innovation, and trying to make people believe that they'll fit every musical genre. Or riding a dead musician's name as a cash cow.

How many Halo guitars have you seen in person? Played? I have at the NAMM show. His standard model guitars are very nice indeed. As for the one in the OP, it's a custom and there is no accounting for taste. (Proof being that I used to get dates!) His guitars are consistently different, and I've never played one I didn't like!
