OK, eBay is turning up a little cash. Some advice please

1) Is there anywhere I can get an LR Baggs CTRL-X preamp in the UK? Google turned up squat.
2) Does anyone know how to make a 2 band EQ to replace the missing one. The LR Baggs kit I think only contains an overall mix control for the piezos/magnetic pickups, and the toggle switch for Piezos/Magnetic.


Any help will be appreciated (with mad rep!)
