Many of you will know the RG7EXFX and RG7EXFX2:

This is part of a slightly larger range of up-until-now Japan-only guitars, consisting of the RGT6EX and RGT6EXFX, whose key features are EMG 85/81 pickups, maple/walnut 5pc. neckthru construction and the Edge Pro II on the EX. (The FX being fixed)

Updates for 2007/08 were a departure form Black to Iron Pewter (IPT), as seen on Naren's RG7EXFX2IPT and a renaming of the RGT6EXFX to the RGTEF2 (F for fixed), both now in Iron Pewter.

Headstock UK now stock these guitars, so they are available on special order through any Ibanez retailer. Now sign of the RG7EXFX2 YET but I'm working on our rep and think I may have them in stock come January/February 2009, which would be great news.

No the seven is basswood bolt on. Meant to say that in my OP.

The point of the thread is that the kickass 6's are available in the UK, not about a seven string thats been for sale since 2006.

They've all been available for a few years, if you go by that.

The RGT6EX fixed bridge at least has been on sale for this year here, too.
