Am I asking to much?

Well, time has come to say goodbye to my Ibanez RG1570. It's been sitting in its case pretty much since I bought it so I decided I'll sell it to fund another 1527.

The basics are, I've had it for about 4/5 months max, the pickups have been upgraded to an Evo/HS2/PAF Pro and it has an Ibanez flight case.

I'm thinking about selling it for £400 which is about £80 less than the guitar is new and then the price of the pickups ontop of that so I think its a decent enough price. I'm just wondering is it because I'm selling it? Anyone got any thoughts or opinions?

I'm planning on getting a set of BKP for my RG1527 (when I get it :P)

Does anyone else have any opinions on this?

Haven't you been trying to move this for a while?

If they go for 480 new there and you're adding in a flight case AND pickups, that's a phenomenal deal IMO.

Yeah, I havent tryed selling it, just trading but I guess selling makes more sense. I have thing for brand new gear, call me crazy

Also, I do realise I'm making a fairly big lose, but hey, why keep something you dont use when you could have a real player.

i wanted $450 for my tokai, i got $350 for it. kinda disappointed, and it should have had $100 worth of pickup upgrades.. but w/e.

set your price, and try to sell it. have a price that you wont go below, and dont list it as "OBO" - i was offered $275 for my tokai and i didnt have "or best offer" listed in my listing.. i was not impressed.

i sold the 2 guitars i wasnt playing (my les paul got fixed.. i have a strat here.. im good lol) and im waiting on my next 7

3 cheers for free gear!

I always thought OBO stood for Official Buyers Only.

Matt, is this the guitar with the green/blue pups?
