Hah! I must be getting jacked, the Rotor EXP is like 1200 in store. I guess I'll have to shake 'em down some, eh?

there's 2 or 3 models of the Rotor, i believe. i think one is the USA model - find out if that's the one you're lookin at.

is your store known for overpricing? my "local" store back home is bad for that... not lookin forward to buying a mic stand this summer lol.

3 cheers for free gear!

deguello666 has a spectacular aura about
I own a 7 string peavey predatori think it is....solid guitar, sounds great for the £100 i paid for it....have had a few problems with the toggle switch connection to the treble pickup (cheap and nasty selector), but apart from that it's a great guitar...nice and solid

Arctodus will become famous soon enough
Most peaveys are underrated guitars.

Every once and awhile though you run into a really crap one. I had a predator 7 string with a floyd and I couldn't get that action for shit. Moved the floyd post, shimmed it, truss rod adjust. Nothing seemed to work.
The little superstrat predator shape is WTF peavey too, its one of those can only use a strap to play it bodies

Their early 90's stuff is supreme build quality wise. Thats what people should look into in a guitar. How its built, not the brand name. Sadly a majority of musicians are brainwashed.

I owned a Peavey Vandenberg for a long time. Shred machine, sounded great, great action.

Van Hagar was a musical genius, a monster drummer, a competent bass player, and a brilliant singer. Van Halen was a musical genius, a monster drummer, a competent bass player, and a male stripper.

daemon barbeque is just really nicedaemon barbeque is just really nice
I Have a Vandenberg and it's a nice playing guitar.24 frets but short neck. And NTB..
But
1)The PUs are crappy
2)The neck is slightly warped
3)The "whole body ivory" binding is peeling off

So if you want to get one ,get one without all that binding and such...And don't use too heavy gauges!

binding peeling off isn't a very good thing .

and why wouldn't you want to use heavier gauge strings? the 24 3/4 inch scale would call for that IMO.
