The amplifier inside of it probably costs less than $5 to make. I doubt they used mahogany to ensure better tonal quality

I bet its not Honduran/Brazillian mahogany, I doubt it's even some kind of African mahogany. Its probably agathis, or something else that grows in Asia.

I have played these before at the local music shop and it really feeds back alot if you turn it up too much.
