I got one, put black hardware on it, and the real ZW EMG set. I've got 10-52s on it, and I tune it down to whatever I please. Currently its in C standard so I can practice my Dethklok covers. I like it. Its not my #1 axe by far, as I'm not much of a 'LP' kinda guy (neck profile is too thick for my tastes) but its FUN AS HELL to play on. I got it cuz I love ZW, and I wanted a fun guitar I can tune to whatever I want to play along with random metal bands that tune other than standard or 1/2 step down, i.e. KSE, Shadows Fall, Dethklok, In Flames, etc.

wont eat mine dude

anyway - i've played 1 or 2 ZW's, and while they were reasonable guitars i think the price is too much.

3 cheers for free gear!

sounds like an eclipse is the way to go...

so is there a big difference in quality between the LTD EC-500 and the EC-1000 ? and then between the EC-1000 and the ESP eclipse's?

i thought most people bought eclipses because they aren't the size of a regular LP

I believe the 400V has the thickness of a regular LP, whereas the other Eclipse models are thinner and lighter.

God fucking damn it Jason- you son of a bitch. Right when I am ready to finally pull the trigger on a schecter you have to go givin me more aglie gas. Shit this one is hot! I wonder.... you think the quality would be good here? possibly a fret crown? I hear the agile quality far surpasses the sx and douglas models.
