It was made in the late 80's... 88 I think. The serial number at the end of the fretboard is J6066.

ah! that would make sense then

The fretwire size was makin me think 80's custom but the specs were leaning in 90's standard ... Im not sure when they stopped using that huge fretwire ... I kinda like it better than the super small

They were all customs, then - it's definitely not a USA Select.
