I have a tele, which also produces great tone but is pentultimate to the tone from a strat.

Maybe this should be a Fender tone thread?

But only as long as we aren't talking about their high gain amps

i am gonna see if i cant somehow manage to get my little brother an SX strat so's i can have my squier back.

and someone should go buy Jason's custom shop strat pickup set - $150!!! i can no afford
