Travel guitars?

I saw this guy today playing this little headless travel guitar, it wasn't a Steinberger, but it was headless and basically the same length as the strings. He said he got it from Guitar centre when he was in America or something. I didn't get a good look at it, but I do remember it had a detachable arm rest.

Anyone got any recommendations for an affordable headless/travel guitar?

I'd prefer it to be headless, since those uber-short scale length travel guitars with headstocks just look hard to play. And also affordable, since one of those licenced Hohner Steinberger copies costs around £300, which is precisely how much I paid for both my RGs........and it just doesn't seem worth it.

I think Yamaha has a pretty inexpensive headless travel guitar, but they aren't the greatest axes.

Actually, this is the one I was thinking of (TRAVELLER)...the Yamaha has a headstock, just no body.

I Really Like Ibanez Seven String Guitars

Origanally posted by Variant - Pulled from the river Styx, the mighty black oar of doom in hand! I certainly would not call this particular guitar an "axe" more like a club. Whereas Noodles' KxK would run through an emo, spilling his insides for a quick death, this blunt mace would bludgeon the unfortunate effeminate soul, breaking bones, bruising muscle, and causing internal bleeding to lead only to a slow, painful death
