Same here. I got a price quote on an unfinished guitar body, and he quoted me something like $2000 shipped.

TheMissing's GAScon status: GAScon 4... I'm doing pretty good at the moment.

his custom prices are wack as hell. from what i've seen of his website they have some nice collector edition guitars and stuff. ...but i doubt i will ever buy from his store. there are tons of better shops with lower prices for the same quality... if not better!

Glad I got mine from Musicyo, it kinda sucks that they haven't been in stock for almost a year now.

I've actually considered buying one of the Steinberger Scepters that he has, even though the price is completely nuts. I got to use one to record my old high school band's demo a long time ago and it was one of the best guitars I'd ever played.

What do you guys think?

Looking at the other pics...look how high that action is on the side shot from the top horn down.
They do look a bit crooked, and thats an R Trem, for a little more you could get one of the musicyo steiny's with the transtrem, if they ever get them back in stock that is or for about the same, or even less you could get a used one with a trans trem.

Yeah, a Sceptor is really high on my list, I've wanted one for a while now.
