Why don't you let us know what you're looking for in a guitar. I'm very happy with my KxK, but they are aimed predominantly at the metal player. The Oni that was posted is on the opposite edge of the spectrum, and while that builder makes more conventional instruments, he's still aiming for a different mark.

Since we're talking custom, what shape do you want, what features do you look for, and what style of music do you play?
well i like primarily metal and the standard guitar body shape is what im more comfortable. i like a really smooth guitar, no bolts etc. probably emgs for pickups and thats pretty much it i dont know enough about guitars yet to be able to list specs i like

Well if your not really sure on what features you like in a guitar it would probably be a bad idea to just jump into buying an expensive custom guitar. You might find out some of the options you pick end up not being to your liking.

From the specs you did post I would say a Jackson SLSMG (neckthru, thin body, newer ones come with EMG's) would be worth checking out and they're not overly expensive. In fact you can get them for roughly for $400-$700 on Ebay used. They are solid/quality import Jacksons for the money.

+1. I have an older SLSMG and it is easily (hands down) my most comfortable and playable guitar. It's been through a range of pickups from an SD JB/Jazz combo to its current setup of two EMG 89s, and the tone and feel is fantastic.

I will say, however, that the PRS SE series (I have a Tremonti SE model) has the most amazing tone I have heard from a guitar under $1200. Bit of a beefier neck, though, and only 22 frets.
