This guitar sounds very clear, but you probably want to swap the pickups. I have the DiMarzio Steve's Special in the bridge position and the Air Norton in the neck.

Be the change you want to see in the world.

Whoaa.
I've been GASing for one of these for a long time now.
I'm going to buy one as soon as someone buys my Schecter C-1 Blackjack.

What kind of pickups would you guys put in one of these?
Dimarzio Tonezone and an Air Norton? Or perhaps a PAF Pro in the neck?

Yes, although I admit I had no clue about pickups when I ordered them, so I decided to go for the 'Petrucci combo'. I don't regret it, because it works really well for me, but on the other hand, I am curious how other pickups would sound in that particular guitar.

I'd like to put an Evo2 with an alnico 8 and a Fred in the neck for high output, or a Mo Joe and an Air norton in there for a bit less

Damn 6 string pickups... too much choice!

I wonder how some Blackouts would go in there....

I decided to go with Bare Knuckles!
Perhaps a Nailbomb/Cold Sweat-combo.
Would the nailbomb sound too bright in the the rg121 since the maple top is guite thick?
