Your arm goes pretty limp after using that technique for more than a few seconds, I'll tell you that. You can get these speeds going by tightening up the muscles in your arm to get the whole lower arm to vibrate. So it's the exact opposite of all other techniques where you don't want any tension in your arm at all.
