I actually asked him if he was planning on doing a 7 string version but no answer back yet. Conveniently, it should be in the same e-mail as his paypal address. I'm debating just randomly sending the payment to whatever address I do have ahaha

Well my deposit's in

Doug says he will make extended range versins if the B6 sells well... and since he didn't say just sevens, and his 8 strings have such a good reputation, he possibly could be making 8 strings if these sell out quickly as well! Quick, everyone else, buy B6s!

It looks sort of like a blackmachine but I doubt it will sound like one. The ebony and rosewood are what make them what they are. This is just like a $2000 RG...

I was reading up on them on the bareknuckle pickup forum. Apparently they play just as well and still sound very, very good. Kind of like mahogany with more definition. That is basically my perfect sound anyway, so I'm going to be fine with it

Its strange to me that hes using that wood. I ordered my B2 in mahogany and when he finished it a year later he had made it with swamp ash because he thinks it sounds better with the guitars. Apparently my order didn't matter. Regardless its weird that hes using a wood similar to mahogany on these.

wait, you ordered a guitar from him with mahogany as your specs and he just gave you what ever wood he felt like giving you? thats kinda fucked up,
but yea, i agree, what made the blackmachines was the ebony and other materials, i do think this is an expensive rg

Oh wait, you've never played one, that's why.

I like how you tried to turn that around ;p

You know damn well you'd take an ibanez.
