EC-500 vs EC-1000

Alright.
What is the difference here? Besides price..

I know that the 1000 has locking tuners....
But what else?

The 1000 in vintage black is dang sexy.
But so is the 500 in white...

Whatcha think?

yup, the only difference is top woods and the tuning pegs, you could replace the tuners for cheap and have the same thing basically

The websight only states a difference in tuners.
And I was wondering if there was something else different that justified the 140 dollars more.

Seems reasonable, no?

Nightcrawler has a spectacular aura about
From my experience, the deluxe series just feel better. Although the ec-500 was a sweet guitar, I almost got one of those last year.
