Hehe ok I did say they sucked, but not when I posted to the EBMM forums about it. I was more diplomatic about it and just generally wanted to hear if they had an explanation
![]() I don't even think I would have been so pissed about it if they had had the balls to just ban me (no pun intended ). It's also a bit diferent from other forums in that the guy that runs the company was involved in this, it wasn't some peon running a corporate board. I also thought the whole thing was resolved and there were no hard feelings, then got slapped with the annoyance mod dickery.Ah well, I'll stick with KxK as I'm getting much better guitars for much less money ![]()

I'm just waiting to see if there's any reaction to my post here.
I don't see how they can fault me for being honest. I really don't think the BFRs are their best work. |

Thanks to most of you.
The BFR kicks ass, dont know how any of you can bash EBMM...i have owned and still own many high-end guitars and the EBMMs stand up there with all of them. Their necks are superb, and the tone from the BFR is astounding...also the peizo, thats just brilliant. I have seen some with bollox tops, but to be frank most of them have amazing tops. If you wana talk about really good/expensive guitars not bieng book-matched properly (but still be amazing guitars) take a look at some ESPs. You find these problems with just about everyone...unless you pick a company like Suhr, or Tom Anderson or a PRS PS who all have master-grade tops. And yes, my sister plays me under the table...as i would imagine she would most of you! She is insane...trying to get lessons from John Petrucci/Alex Skolnic at present... |

I love my BFR so far. The top and finish look wicked to me, but more importantly the sound and playability of the guitar is very very good. The tone is punchy and loud even acoustically and sounds even better through my amp. Tight and cutting while still retaining warmth and clarity.
For me the new shape also looks great, I liked the old one too though. No guitar works for everyone but I found an excellent match for me. |
