Good/Cheap Place to get EMG's

I got a Carvin a while back with just an 81 in the bridge position and want to change it to an 89. Anyone have good dealings with mailorder for emg's. Also it would be good if it wasn't a one time deal. It will probably after christmas before I can get one.Thanks...Chris

as far as i know, you're looking at the best place to get something good for not a lot of cash. personal deals are always the best, as retail entities always mark things up to turn a profit.

I'd rather get it used but I haven't seen any used ones. I don't think they've been out too long but I'm not sure. Thanks...Chris

89's have been out for quite awhile man, they are just a little more uncommon than your 81's and 85's or even your 60's

Guitar Center is gonna have about the same price on EMGs as everywhere else, and as far as I remember GC has a hard minimum on most EMGs (the ZW set I don't think has one) that is set to their normal price. So unless they changed that in the past few months...

Just try to find them used from somewhere that isn't egay.
