![]() | I've only heard good things about them. They're good guitars and not too expensive. If I had the money I would but the Edwards Explorer right now. Ebay is your best bet to find one. I just searched for Edwards and got 50+ guitars most located in Japan but some in the states including a Les Paul. From what I've gathered you're looking at around $1000 excluding tax if you import one. Seems like a good deal to me ![]() |

![]() ![]() | ESP > Edwards > LTD by what i hear. They seem to be great for the price and they are made in Japan like ESPs. They dont sell them in the US so you will have to get one on ebay. They are usually under 1000 there. They sure are some gorgeous guitars and they are supposed to play very nicely too. |

![]() | Love mine. ![]() Edwards Johns Sykes LPC. Quality, fit, and finish is top notch. ESPs quality is always consistent. Edwards line is no different. Edwards line is made in the same japan factories as the ESP Standard series. Yes, people rank it ESP, Edwards, LTD Deluxe. But, I put Edwards much much closer to ESP than to LTD. Even though there are a few ESP models in the Edwards line, the Edwards line is more about replicas. Edwards is to Navigator(high end ESP replicas) what Gibson USA is to Gibson Historic. In other words Edwards is the production line replicas where as Navigator is the Custom-shop replicas. I ordered mine through Ishibashi. Again, knowing how good and consistent ESPs quality is, I had no problem ordering sight unseen. Another nice thing about the Edwards LP Customs is that they have the correct ebony fretboard. Most (not all) other MIJ LPC replicas (Tokai, Burny, Orville, Greco, and older '90s Edwards etc..) usually have rosewood fret-boards. I would love to get the Edwards Kiko and Edwards Potbelly. A regular ESP Potbelly is usually up-wards of $4000 or more. Ikebe sells Edwards as well. But, I don't know if they are willing to ship Edwards to the U.S. anymore. |

![]() ![]() | That is a way nice guitar man! Yeah, ESP Japan have some of the best quality control out there. I have never heard of anyone getting an ESP that had problems. |
