 | Pics of my RG350MDX with its newly installed green X2N \m/    Just installed it today. Only my second time ever changing a pickup and it went pretty well. Man I love the X2N, this is the frist time I've tried one and I have to say, this is everything I've looked for in a pickup. It's ok coil tapped too, but I don't really notice much difference in tone than just a small output drop and a little more buzz. It sounds pretty good for a clean tone though. And I'm diggin' the green pickup quite a bit. What do you guys think, when I eventually order a new neck and middle pickup should I get green to match the X2N or does the green X2N look good just by itself? |

| the 350mdx is korean right? I wish they would make those in japan. They are like the next generation of the 550's. nice looking ax btw. I also think the green pickups look cool. |

| Yeah I guess I'll go all green on the pickups. I actually already have a Fast Track 2 I could use for the middle position. I've had the X2N and Fast Track 2 sitting around forever waiting to be put into a project guitar that doesn't look like it's going to be finished any time soon so I said fuck it and put the X2N in the RG because I've been dying to hear how it sounds. I'm not really sure if I want to use the Fast Track 2 for my middle position though. I might just want a regular single coil there. Quote:
