![]() | Should I get an YM Strat instead of RG8? Originally, I was pretty shure I would buy a RG8 as soon as I have the money, but I just played an Yngwie Signature Strat and I found it fuckin' awesome.... The price is about the same... So here's the deal: I can't use both of these guitars in my band, I play my 7 there. It would be just for homerecording and having fun. I really love the low F#, but I don't NEED it. It would be just fun... I don't really NEED the scalloped frets, neither.. What would you guys do? Probably, I should go for an 8-String, full scalloped custom strat ![]() If you change 4 letters in "Mama", it's "Beer"! ![]() Me: myspace.com/odilovonins My Band: myspace.com/legendaaureaofficial |

![]() ![]() ![]() | I had a USA Yngwie Strat for about a year or so not so long ago, it was a 2003 model. Very nice guitar, if a bit of an aquired taste. But because you have played one and you know you like it you should be okay, so I say go with the Yngwie. Their re-sale value sucks ass though, so if it's a new one your buying make sure you like it. Either that or buy 'used'. I see the Yngwie Strats going for very reasonable prices on Evilbay all the time. They are awesome though! ![]() |
