This trem is great, very easy to keep control of. I prefer the licenced floyds that are on most Jackson more than all the Ibanez trems. With this trem, if I remove it from the claw to switch the pickup's around or something, it will go straight back on without taking a dive or having to be adjusted. But my experience with Ibanez trems (like the Edge III and Edge Pro) is very different.

can someone please tell me where this guitar is made? I've never bought a jackson before. I own ibanez, fender, esp, and gibson. This is everything Im looking for for the most part. (would prefer a single coil in the neck) but this will do the trick. For the price I dont think you can beat it. Real duncans, maple board, lo pro bridge, ect.

JC is alright but he doesnt respond back to emails =/ maybe hotmail blocked filter or something.. but I really wanted a Kelly from him afew years back but no email back so let that go =/

well he responds to me everytime in a quick and professional manor. So I don't know what your talking about. Seeing how your in canada and jc is a shop in a chicago burb i'm suprissed to see you even know what we are talking about.

Easy, there. If Nick had a bad experience, he's allowed to mention it without being bashed for it.

Justin is a really busy guy, and it is not uncommon for e-mail to slip through the cracks with him. Sometimes you have to stay on him. Chances are you were dealing with him when he was in the middle quiting his job, opening his new shop, and moving his entire inventory out of his garage and his mother's basement and into his shop.

I've purchased two guitars from him, and he has always been extremely helpful and professional. He'll sit there on the phone with you, describing every nick, scratch, swirl, and chip on a guitar. I understand that it is probably cost prohibitive to call him in the US, so I would recommend sending a polite follow up e-mail.

It's nothing personal. I just didn't realize he was so well known about in other areas. I thought he was more of a regional thing. that's cool though.
