Sweet, those 520QS's are really awesome guitars, I love mine. New pickups really opened up mine.

And just so you know, there is really awesome wood underneath that finish:

i had of those ... same exact thing. i had a yamaha midi pickup in it. i never changed the v pickups, they needed to go, but at the time i just had a POD 2.0 so I was in no rush.

Here's the only other pic I have:



And this is what it used to look like:



The contrast is from the sapele top. Me and a friend carved the top, exposing the mahogany on one half, and leaving half of the sapele top intact. We were inspired by the "Melted Top" Conklins. I'm pretty happy with the end result.
