The back and sides look just amazing now, and I really want to get the fretboard clean enough to match them. The grain REALLY comes out with the tung oil soaking in.I need to hit it with the dremel this week to get in tight to the frets, and the frets themselves will need a polish when I'm done as well. :: chrisquigley.com :: Sevenstring Registry :: Share Your Music :: Share Your Patches :: Sevenstring.org MySpace chmod +ax /bin/laden |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Leave the board as it is - the maple board is really what old-school RGs were about IMHO... Moreover, it acually looks pretty clean to me and the next layer of gunk will look much cooler, as it'll be your own ![]() Cheers Eske "Do be do be do" - Frank Sinatra |

It's supposed to be great for dissolving that gunk. Yeah, yeah, I know, it wouldn't be the first time the thing's been doused in lighter fluiid, either. ![]() "...and everything under the sun is in tune, but the sun is eclipsed by the moon." |

I can't recall where I got it from, but I have one at home. Drop me a PM tonight to remind me to look for it.
