Is this ESP MII fake?
Hey!
Some months ago a guy was selling this axe, i liked it and i'm going to buy it but i bought the UV, i talk with some ESP fans and said me that this one was fake, they said me that because it was made in USA, and in USA they never made a custom one, i'm confused, so i wanted to check what ESP fans say me about it. The thing i noticed it's that it have some locking tuners, why locking tuners if it have some floyd rose?  Here are the photos:      I have some more of the back of the head but i didn't find them, they have a stamp that said something like "ESP custom, bla bla bla" it was round (a circle  )I want to know that. Thanks!

Looks real enough.
 As for the locking tuners... I just think some people don't really understand what they are meant for. |

Thats a nice one. Im a fan of those ESP guitars and not the LTDs, especially the MIIs. Sharp looking guitars.

I believe it has a Schaller Licensed Floyd Rose system. Looks a bit different than a normal Floyd. So the locking tuners are there for a legimate reason.
My ESP KH-2 has the same time of FR made by Schaller. I can take a better picture if you want, but here is mine on my dirty guitar:  thisiscrazythisiscrazythisiscrazy |
