Price for a fret job

I was quoted a price of $250 to refret my rg550 - Does this seem like a good price? _ Just want to double check before taking the plunge...

this space for rent

Here some refret work it's about 100 dollars, so there it's very expensive.

But come on, if the guitar it's very good, do it.

Standard nickel refret should be anywhere from $175-225, stainless steel would be around $250-300 depending on who is doing it. Hope that helps. If you really like the neck, have it re-fretted. If not I'm sure you could score one on eBay to replace it!
