Yeah, they made another "AOR-friendly" remix of that song that was predominantly keyboard-driven. It was just TERRIBLE.
And Vandenberg's "wrist injury" that prevented him from playing on Slip of the Tongue was probably due to his limp-wristed playing. I don't think he was injured at all. I think Coverdale just discovered that he couldn't play for shit and that he needed a legitimate "guitar hero" to make the album sell. |
