4K$ ?! Thanks but no thanks. I'd rather get an ATD UVMC...

Can you at least control a synth with that?

The guitar is currently going for $4000, with 100 signed-by-Les-Paul models available for $8k. Sounds a bit steep, but that's the price you have to be willing to pay for the privilege of unadulterated face melting.
John McLaughlin could melt faces with a $400 classical guitar

and i can melt faces with my $300 RG7621 through my $750 Mesa Nomad

I have a radical idea. The door swings both ways,
we could reverse the particle flow through the gate.
We'll cross the streams.

Depends on what kind of amp, of course. Maybe a Crate would do it.

7StringofAblicK-This is my footswitch. it changes channels on my amp - just like on a television, but I only have four channels.

Remember, it's a Gibson. $4k makes it actually pretty damned affordable for new technology from them.

You can get a Godin LGXT for a lot less, and it is a killer-playing guitar that has a built-in Roland MIDI pickup, as well as regular and piezo outputs. You can do all kinds of cool stuff with that by incorporating various synthesizers or software. Sounds a lot more versatile than what this Gibson does--this sounds more like the Variax, to me.

I agree with you friend. Nothing compares with an ATD UVMC. In fact there is no chance to get a new custom atd swirl because of Darrens lost...

You've got your head down
You've got your eyes closed
You look so pitiful now

Your body encrusted with ash
Breath heavy with toxins
Hair singed and matted
Clothes frayed and burnt

You are left with nothing
