2170 is a prestige model, whereas 520 is just standard series. never played the 2170, but the 520 is pretty good IMO. 2170 costs a lot more too. i'd personally get the 520 because it's more price-efficient and i don't mind the claw inlay that so many people hate. i hate the green finish and the black is pretty boring, but i personally don't mind it that much, even though a custom finish would be cool. i guess it all comes down to how much money u have and how much u value the slightly higher quality/unique finish

If you're hooked on the 6, get the S520EX. I just don't care for the tops on the other two, not to mention they're all Korean made and the 520EX is half the price.
