Saw an amazing deal on evilbay and had to have it...Jim Root Fender strat
Now for somebody that used to hate all over strat's I now own 2 but i'm in love with this guitar

MIM I believe, but with USA parts? Something along those lines, I think it's comparable to the Highway One stuff

yep def USA, love the neck on this !! strange I was never a Fender man until I got my other MIA strat..since then I've been hooked.

Man, there's something about those Jim Root sigs that just looks so good. It's one of the very few instances (IMO) where EMG's really work aesthetically.

What I like about Fender Sigs is that they don't have any massive band logos or anything on the guitar, just a simple signature on the end of the headstock that is small enough you can barely make it out from 5 feet away.

Also, this one is on the back of the headstock, so no one will know unless they are standing behind you.
