NGD - Jackson RR2. Finally got one of these...

Just got this and wanted to share since the RR2 has some unique features... Like a Blank Ebony board and Bolt on neck. USA Made Ontario..

Pretty badass little player.. I cleaned her up, polished the frets. new strings. IT had a pull back block already installed so i though it would be neat if i just left that and made it a pull down only...

Overall i like it.. one volume and 3 way rear loaded is awesome.. a win... heres some shots..

Yep. They where short lived. Made from 95-97 and featured usa made parts but with import hardware and electronics.

Did you swap out the bridge pickup, or get it that way? Just curious, because the stock Kent Armstrong pickups are surprisingly good.

If by good, I were to mean SLAAAYYYYYEEERRRRRRRR. Just sayin'.

Yeah. Someone took out the original. Put a tb4 in. which is a good pup too. But neck pup is original! Lol

Nice, I used to have one of those too but it had EMG's in it. The blank ebony board is a nice thick slab and sleak looking touch.
