Depends on the store though. i know a few of the guys that work at the one i go to so its pretty decent.

I just called and they don't have any at the store near me, dude's gonna look into it and get back to me.

Yeah, that's with any store. There are always a few workers that are great. It's when the upper management sucks (ie the two i've been to). It's sad because i'm sure Samash is a great company, but i won't go there anymore because of a few workers. Childish, i know, but it was a few very bad experiences.

GC has great workers here and they always help me out. Lately though i've bought all my stuff used and/or online so customer service has been minimal.

I like the 350EX. I've been wanting since it came out, but I ended up buying an RG1570, instead.
