You're saying you could potentially be going

Horus HGS w/D-Sonic (one of my favourite pickups) into an OD808 (my favourite OD) into a 5150II (one of the greatest amps of all time) and you AREN'T?!?!?!

You mad bro?

Lol, I get that, enjoy it man, it's a cool ass guitar.

The stock pickups actually sound great in the HGS. When i switched my old one to a Painkiller and Tone Zone S I was not completely happy. It probably sounded better stock. Walnut is a weird wood and the stock PH-R and Sh-27 pickups seem to complement it well. Now when I swiched my regular mahogany bodied Horus to a BKP and Dimarzio it was a world of difference for the better.

That's the perfect Horus. I want it real bad. I have a Dellinger that matches it. Let me know when you want to swap

well mate im trying not to outpower the lead guitarist in my band. but yeah the walnut is a strange wood so a pickup swap can be good, and bad. and for now it sounds just the way i like it

I never found the feel of them comfortable at all [personally], but they are definietly pretty too look at. The trans-black Angelus is still one of the best looking guitars Ive ever seen.

I found Caparison pretty comfortable. Not the most comfortable guitar I've ever played though.

The Dellinger I have at the moment is super comfortable... its actually insanely nice. I've played some duds, but a good Caparison is as good as you could wish for.

Looks great! Can't go wrong with a Caparison! I've owned five of 'em over the years, all extremely nice guitars!
