Well, I started entering contest, thinking that I wouldnt win but worth the shot. I won something on my 3rd try. I kindof felt it though. I got an email from Jeff Kitts (manager from Guitar World... I am pretty sure his name is Jeff) but he said I had won and that my info was correct. I won a Dean Soltero custom with the HellYeah Stampede album graphics on it. But I thought I would share my pleasures with everyone. Pretty fitting that a heavy southern bands custom guitar went to a Southern Kentucky boy. haha. But I love it, it came with the strap locks way inside the guitar, a pickups was wobbly, and under frets 3-6 there is a gap so sometimes my string gets caught. But I LOVE the guitar. With the DMT pups in it, best passives I have ever had! Really amazing pick-ups. 24-3/4 scale. Here are some pics. tell me what you think! I am happy I won this eauty though. I really appericiate winning it.

This came in a Fender Squire box. I about shit til I got it open.

haha they are. Never heard of the bigger than dime comments before. I like Dean guitars, planing to buy an RC7 soon

Sorry for the nazi-ism guys. Got an email from my guitar store saying that it was nice to 'here' from me today. It hasn't been a good day for the English language having an agreed-upon set of symbols and concepts with which to convey meaning.

I really watermelon that guitar though. Probably my favorite Dean of all football!

Just some friendly ball-busting, that's all. That's pretty brutal that someone liked "hereing" from you. I always see misplaced apostrophes around my school.

Nice guitar, odd that something like that was given away given its flaws though. As long as it is playing nicely (which it appears it is) oh well I guess.

it is. I highly believe it was the Fed Ex guy is to blame with this though... The ....ing bastard left the box sitting on the porch in the snow. And no one signed for the damn thing. Thats why I like UPS. What the .... ever though. I love the thing and I know know who I am going to start buying passives from.

thought the guitar was ugly, but solteros are incredible guitars! i figured, worst comes to worse, i'll just sand off the bitch...

also, i have a soltero, and some folks on the dean forum have seen this as well...apparently solteros dont like the 9 gauge in strings. i threw 11's on mine, and that gap in the fret edges dont bother me any more...

I have seen yours. They look so great man! I swear I love yours. Your pics of them are amazing as well. Might have lights not sure the exact gauge on mine. Does yours have the fret gap between the board and actual frets?

i would sell it on ebay and buy something you could play. more than likely hell yeah wont be around long and the market for a hell yeah guitar will fall. you will also no longer like the guitar and prolly deface it. instead i say sell it to the highest paying hell yeah fan
