Gas for a Parker Fly!
Jesus, I've got some serious gas for a Parker Fly Deluxe right now. I'd love a guitar with Piezos, and the Fly is probably top of my list, it's so gorgeous looking.
I need money sharpish! I hope I can either get some cash, or get this fierce gas out of my system, because it's really driving me nuts right now. |

You can find Deluxes rather cheap on eBay. I had 2 of those in the last year, best 6-string guitars on the planet IMO. I paid $900 and $750 for them respectively. If Parker made a 7-string, that would be the last guitar I'd ever buy (except for more Parkers).

Ah, I know what you mean. I used to HATE how Parkers looked every time I saw one in a magazine or on my computer. Then one day I saw one at the local GC and I fell in love. It looks great in real life, and plays amazing

I hope i never play one of those things,
because if i did, i would probably end up with a need that would never be fulfilled. a need for a 7 string fly.
Dave didn't like the song on the radio. So he killed a little girl.

If I can land one for $750, I'd say I could just about afford it. Got any pics of your Parkers? |

I'd actually never heard of them until Adrian Belew came to Australia recently, he played his signature model and I was quite impressed. It must have taken ages to impliment the entire synth interface with only two knobs and a pickup selector but it's an ingenious idea and I'd love to try it sometime.
