Question Cort EVL Z6, Pawnshop find...

So I was looking through a local Pawn shop and happened to see the Cort EVL Z6 hanging on there wall so I dicide to take a closer look and noticed that it was the z6 in fact, At first I didnt know who made it or what it was.

Today I went back to try it out, the guy there gave me a Drive 10w amp to try it out on I was looking at the guitar its self waiting for the amp and noticed that the Only thing wrong it seemed was it had Belt scrathes on the back. the guy got baclk with the amp and I pluged it in EQ'ed the amp a bit then turned the Gain knob all the way up it it sounded pretty decent on that little ass amp, the Cleans were good also I liked it and I Want one now

but heres what I'm wanting to know, is $395 a good priced for it? or is that tomuch for a used one? and Im pretty sre that it has a 81/60 EMG set in it and ebony fret board and set neck.

heres the stock pic from corts site if anyone HASNT seen one yet.

Guitar looks cool but I do not have any play time on one so it's hard for me to give you my imput on it. And for 395 at a pawn shop you should always try to talk those guys down! Most of the time they have guitars priced on the higher side, well where I live they do!

if you look you finds. list price for these is $1195, I think the way it works is subtract 20% for every year its been used.

new, in canada, those go for about 6-700ish. so its decent price.
i've played a few different types of EVL guitars, and they all were decent.
but i'm boycotting any cort guitars and anything cort touches until
cort does something about its korean workers being layed off.

cool. seems like it could be a decent find if I was to grab.

And Honestly I could care less about the way they were "treated" I mean it sucks but at least its not like they have 5 year old kids working for a banana a day or some shit

My bad. I just realized that the Z6 is a better equipped guitar than the Z47. Ignore my previous post, Mr. Okeechobee (BTW, didn't you create a newer account?)

Yes,, yes I did. got tired of it quick but I was thinking about trying to get the 7 string also. But it is Bolt on which wouldnt bug me that much, but has the HZ 7 string pickups and the knobs arent as cool as the z6

but right now I'm just trying to figure out what my next guitar will be, kinda stuck between this, another 7 string or an 8. Which Im thinking to go Schecter Damien 8 if I get an 8. maybe if I got the money saved up get an agile for an 8. but I dont know yet

Just about every guitar you own is made in a factory in Korea. Do you really think Cort is the worst? Who's to say the factory which makes your Agiles isn't ten times worse then Cort Korea ever will be?

By the way, how is boycotting a product, which hurts sales, supposed to give people their jobs back?

Need help with setting up a trem?

oh i know, thats why my up coming dean would be my last korean guitar. after that i'll be buying stuff from japan, canada or usa.

as for boycotting cort and jobs? i'm not the only one to do so either. but the korean workers want guitar buyers to boycott fender, cort, ibanez long enough to show Park that he is missing out on a larg market that could potentially support his work if he was ethical.
